NASA’s two ace spacecrafts are approaching their 40th anniversary. They are the Voyager 2 mission launched into space on August 20, 1977, followed by Voyager 1 on September 5, 1977. Since their going off from Earth to space both spacecrafts have collected many honors.
Voyager 1 is the premiere spacecraft that has entered the interstellar space. The area outside the heliosphere an enormous electromagnetic bubble made by the sun. It is the most remote object made by human being ever. Voyager 2 is the only spacecraft that will fly by all four planets of the outer solar system: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.
The enduring inheritance is yet to arrive. The daughter of the main figure in the mission has echoed a treasure that was sent on board the spacecraft. It is a map created to convoy any forms of intelligent extraterrestrial life they come across back to Earth.
Frank Drake a leading astronomer created a map that utilizes pulsars which is a kind of neutron star. This locates the solar system for comprehensible life forms out of it.Copies of the map are etched into both of the Voyager spacecraft.
Drake said that the map drawn is intelligible to any kind of alien life form. He reiterated that there was something that had to be put on the spacecrafts in relation to the origins of the human life and how long it has been travelling.
The map has been imprinted on the cover of Voyager Golden Record, a phonograph record that has a sequence of sound, images and music which showcases the divergent life on Earth.
