Speaking today at the Data Explorers New York Securities Financing Forum, Andre Stern, Founding Partner, Oxford Asset Management observed that "regulation is the new warfare".
As a German citizen he is unimpressed with the recent salvos launched by the Germans.
He went on to say that the US and the UK were lucky to have the SEC and FSA overseeing their markets.
