The timestamps look all wrong

Issue

Timestamps on an article look wrong.  

Solution

By default, the LongShortReport is set to East Coast time.  You need to change your default time.

1. Login (or create an account if you have not registered)
2. Click on the My Account link on the left-hand side of the page
3. Cilck on the Edit tab at the top of the page
4. Scroll down until you find "Locale Settings"
5. Select your default timezone from the drop-down selection
6. Press SAVE

And that should fix the issue.
