NYT – In what would mark the second high-profile departure in less than a month from Goldman Sachs’s Principal Strategies unit, Ali Hedayat, the co-head in the Americas of the bank’s largest internal hedge fund has left the firm, Bloomberg News reported, citing three people with knowledge of the matter.
Mr. Hedayat had worked at Goldman since 1997 and was promoted to managing director in 2006, the news service said. Both Goldman Sachs and Mr. Hedayat declined to comment, Bloomberg News said.
