CityWire – Gartmore has confirmed that suspended fund manager Guillaume Rambourg was the individual fined €300,000 by the Italian regulator for frontrunning a broker note in 2006
The company had disclosed in its results that an unnamed employee and a former employee had been fined and that it had set aside funds as a contingency against further possible fines from other regulators such as the US SEC.
